Hi, I'm Deriann – an artist from the beautiful island of Barbados, but raised in Brooklyn. Since I was a child, I found myself drawn to numerous forms of art, from sound and storytelling to painting, sculpting, 3D, stop motion and music. Growing up, my first tool was my vivid imagination, which allowed me to explore endless creative possibilities and helped me to develop my skills. Now, as an experienced artist, I'm still fueled by that same boundless imagination and I'm committed to pushing the boundaries of my art even further.
